Cases were initiated in Greene County magistrate court during the week ending April 21 as follows: Yula May Foy of Fort Dodge, disorderly conduct- loud raucous noise; Denise Ann Kuhns of Grand Junction, possession of drug paraphernalia; Michael Thomas Kennedy of Jefferson, harassment- third degree and disorderly conduct- fighting/violent behavior; McKinley Neal Robbins of Scranton, possess alcohol on school property or at school function; Kale Tate Petersen of Rockwell City, possess alcohol on school property or at school function; Justin Ray Lopez of Jefferson, possession of drug paraphernalia; Merrilee Miller Dereus, Prairie City, interference with official acts; and Benjamin Thomas Murphy of Jefferson, public intoxication.
